Janet’s Rainbow

Janet grew up with unicorns and rainbows.   Unfortunately, she was born on tax day.   So today I made her a rainbow birthday cake!  I’ve been wanting to make this cake for a few months.  It’s so striking!  Not really a fan of the food coloring but a few drops of gel wont hurt if you only do it once.  I think the 2 dozen eggs and 2 pounds of butter might do more damage….
